📦 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every order is handmade with care — and while I want every customer to love what they receive, I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy explains how returns and refunds work in my shop.

🛍️ Handmade & Custom Products

All items are handmade, and many are made to order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please double-check your order details (design, variation, and shipping address) before checkout.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item:

1. Email me at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

3. I’ll work with you to replace the item or offer a refund if replacement isn’t possible.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has shipped, it’s in the hands of the postal service. I can’t control shipping delays, but I’ll gladly help you track your order and file a claim if needed.

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the return once it’s been issued.

🔄 Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 12 hours of purchase.
Once I’ve started processing or shipping your order, I may not be able to cancel it.

🪴 Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of these products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

• Sale or clearance items
